  4. resigned in 1986 after he was accused of defrauding the Government
  5. while an executive vice president of General Dynamics; in Los
  6. Angeles. At the Justice Department's request, a federal judge
  7. ordered that all records and related documents of the "wrongful
  8. indictment" against Beggs be expunged from court records.
